What is Not Allowed

POD Usage Rules
You may use our POD Assets on platforms like Printify, Printful, Redbubble, or Merch by Amazon provided you have a Commercial License. However, you cannot upload the raw, unmodified design files to platforms where the platform claims copyright over uploaded designs.
Social Media Usage
Using our viral assets in your videos is highly encouraged! For personal accounts, a Personal License is sufficient. For brand accounts or heavily monetized channels, a Commercial License is required.
Copyright Ownership
Purchasing a license does not transfer copyright ownership. Mohameden 351 retains all copyrights to the original digital files and artwork.
License Upgrade Option
If you originally purchased a Personal License and your project has grown to be commercial, you can upgrade your license by paying the difference. Please contact us to arrange this.
